Dante, Orion & Augustus (DOA). Dodge, Onslaught & Annihilation. As a F2P player (started on July 2024), my Dante is not powerful enough to do a one-shot-one-kill within the top 100 plus ranked Arena battles. My Orion & Augustus are even further behind. During a brawl event, I get to choose maxed out DOA to do battles. I'm a 100% F2P (not ever a dime for a raid). So many times I had to fight the urge to get to a low level VIP so that I can obtain some of the meager rewards. I'm still successfully resisting this urge. Without any money invested, it makes it easier for me to quit anytime. After all, there are so many attractive free games on the internet nowadays. As a F2P player, my progress was very slow. The reason I did not quit yet is because I got recruited into a guild with supportive leadership. The leadership allowed me to stay in the guild and showered me with lots of Winterfest gifts though I'm not even strong enough to fight in the Guild Wars since my recruitment in September 2024. The guild master and generals openly in the guild chat declined Winterfest Gifts and recommended gifts to be sent to the weaker players and these leaders did so by example themselves. This guild is in the Golden League and has recently progressed from 3rd rank to 2nd rank. The first ranked rival guild is filled with whales who kept launching fireworks round the clock during the Winterfest. Some day, who knows, these whale guild may break up and my guild will take 1st rank. This game will keep adding new heroes and features. If top performing players do not keep upgrading fast enough, their rankings will drop. Since I don't have the budget so why start at all, even with a dime?
im fully F2P as well bet i got the raid ticket as a winter fest gift, ive been playing for 9 months and have a combined hero power of 450,000 i see no point in leveling a physical team armour is a pain so i have only magic and pure damage heroes my server is dominated by yasmine and dante teams its soooo boring but i keep playing because i enjoy grand arena and clash of worlds

The raid ticket was not even one of my 3 options because I would rather grind through the campaign. I have a boring job which requires boring and repetitive data entry. So I use the boredom of campaign grind to counter the boredom of data entry when I do them both simultaneously. As I'm working from home, I don't have to worry about my boss catching me.
@@supermouse1969 the raid ticket is permanent so far at least, i used to raid 1 by 1 but after doing it for 5 months it got really redundant. im glad i got the raid ticket. but im gonna be honest with you after 5 months of playing some one in server chat shared a link to a 3rd player party that lets you auto raid for free and other benefits, and the whole server started using including me, the developers say its illegal but do nothing to punish or prevent it as a free 2 play player to be honest with you i take all the help i can get
I don't fully understand the sense. Having access to a competitive Isaac, Sebastian and Heidi is key here. The rest are just optional, i also win with Qing Mao and Aiden with those 3, because they doesn't matter. The thing is "there is 1 single specific combo which counters this team" doesn't leads you to any options of "strategy". For Veterans: This how you counter this team. for everyone else: you don't, you actually buid this team, otherwise you do everything wrong. That has to be the core message, imho.

Wouldn't an Aurora, Nebula, Orion, Augustus, Dorian team be better? Ok, it's not good against Rufus. But because of the better synergy, it might be more effective. - If Biscuit is Orion or Augustus's patronizing pet, he might be able to break Sebastian's shield.
Sorry for the inconvenience this team has caused everyone. I (260 server) creatively used this team combination a month ago and was almost invincible in AoC events. The final score was almost double that of the second place. I have now created version 3 teams to increase versatility, especially for Isaac.
this is a very vulnerable team. add Astaroth for protection against accidental death and physical and magic attack, add Satori with Axel, Dante for dodging, Orion for damage and some healer and here you are - Satori eats Dante and Orion alive as soon as they kill him and he gets resurrected by Astaroth or if he gains energy by their frequent attacks. this is a dinner for Satori. if you want to make it Satori proof than you have to replace someone with Sebastian but thus you lose one of its strong points. maybe Sebastian instead of Dorian will make it more solid but thus you will lose physical attack provided to Nebula and Dante and vampirism which makes this team less deadly
Dorian 'merlin, Seb 'oliver, Issac 'axel, Heidi 'albus, Astaroth 'biscuit team pet albus or Morrigan as tank the main thing to avoid is pushing Issac out of Dorians Aura, ex Nebula would be bad to use..
The logic of your team composition is similar of what i talk about countering. Aurora protects from dante physical attack. However i have face loses with quite similar team. Meaning not high accurancy. I have not tested with celeste in that team

thats the counter i use but i had often more success with asta instead of Aurora because sometimes aurora does not dodge that good and than this is a lost fight asta was a bit more stable in my fights
too soon... My Augustus isn't fully maxed yet, so I haven't been able to break him out and use him yet... So to soon to tell people how to counter him..

I set up that team in guild wars and the team that beat me was Aurora, Astaroth, Isaac, Celeste, Sebastian with Axel as a pet.

I've had some success with Aurora (Cain) Sebastian (Albus) Isaac (Mara) and Aiden and Satori (Corus) Corus team pet.

if you replace Dorian with Sebastian, then Astaroth, Celeste, Orion, Heidi, Dorian beat it in 100% of cases

Thks ! There is only one thing i don't quite get, why using Khorus with Seb when Seb is completely able of dealing with Augustus conductivity ?
sometimes sebs is not fast enough or the enemy orion has biscuit and brakes the shield from seb to fast (my experience)
because Orion slow and stun enemy with second and third skill

no, just to tanks. but in our case you need aurora to get energized faster
