Crafted mine like hour ago. Went with demo/volt with flared mag and stability mw. Watched bunch of videos before that and pretty much all were suggesting maxing range. Then checked the actual difference it makes in d2gunsmith and went with stability. This thing is mental, pairs really well with witherhoard and flashbang grenades for lowest cd and more cc
Dope. I still need 3 more red boarders. Yeah I don't understand why people are picking range for barrels mags and masterworks. very few niche cases where it might help.
I crafted mine with Arrowhead Break, Flared Magwell, enhanced Demolitionist, enhanced Voltshot and a reload masterwork. Voltshot is amazing and one of the best perks in the game. It is great for ad clear, but also boosts your single target damage immensely. It also synergizes greatly with Demolitionist, giving you grenade energy for every enemy killed by the jolting effect of Voltshot. I specced into recoil direction and reload speed. Range and stability are fine on this gun in PvE. The best thing about Voltshot is that is isn't necessarily better on any subclass. I use it on my Stasis Warlock to throw loads of turrets. Sure, an Arc subclass boosts your reload a bit, but you will reload A LOT with this gun to make the most of it. That's why I think Flared Magwell and the reload masterwork are the best option over range and stability. Great feeling gun, great sights and awesome perk combinations. In my opinion one of the best legendary weapons in the game currently.
my only question is why not go for polygonal with steady rounds and have the stability masterwork? if the entire point is to be a headshot machine wouldn’t this work better considering you don’t really need range at all for a scout?
@@AceInTheSpade that’s fair, ig i just got so used to my almost max stability disparity that used the same combo and i figured it could work similarly with this as well
I don’t really do a whole lot of high end content, and since I’m using shadebinder and freezing a lot of enemies, I think swashbuckler is a good pick for stasis if you’re using melee a lot for shatters. Probably not great for endgame stuff, but for general play it works pretty nicely
I just did a legend NF with this. I have arrowhead, tactical, Fttt and voltshot. Sounds good on paper but I really didn't like the way this felt. Maybe I just need more time with it after I can craft it.
I don’t think FTTT and Voltshot are a good pairing because voltshot encourages constant reloading and FTTT encourages empty your magazine. Pairing it with Focused Fury and 4th Times with a large magazine using extended mag or backup mag if you don’t care about it having low recoil could be the way to go. I admit I might be a bit biased towards it when getting proccing amped which makes it feel super snappy.
What's wrong with Hammerforged? I heard that was the way to go so that's what I did but now you say it's no good, please break it down for me so that I can actually have a god roll. Thanks
Hammer Forged is fine if you Need More range but it’s a scout rifle it already gets insane amount of range all range does is increases how far away you can achieve the optimal time to kill and be more accurate At longer ranges. Which for scouts is usually around 60+ meters which is already probably more than you will ever need so by picking a range barrel your basically wasting that slot on something that isn’t really going to benefit you.
You have to play the seasonal activity to get random roll drops which come with different perks. You could also craft the weapon after you have gotten five red borders of the weapon. Then you can level it up and use whatever perks you want. It’s definitely a grind though.
@@AceInTheSpade I never got to use it much on a scout but I like it. Demo is my nade perk but I am saving that one whenever the hell they give us a new SMG lol. (Well I am going to craft my roll lol)
Thanks. I make an effort to give alternative recommendations for each column because imo a god roll is rather personal. By no means the final roll I give the only god roll or option to consider. It’s just what I would personally go for. So take it all with a grain of salt.
I've got 2 rolls, non red boarder. Which do you recommend? 1) Corkscrew rifling, steady rounds, demolitionist, swashbuckler, right hook 2) Hammer forged rifling, flared magwell, rapid hit, explosive payloads right hook

Spicy roll, man 👌
Thank you for the video you have a way of being very clear/precise in your communication.
My pleasure. Happy you found it helpful. 🙏
Interesting that you mentioned about the barrel range for the scout rifle I will definitely test it out. so I will be back thanks for the video!
amazing video dude. great mic, great overlays. good advice!
Thanks you!
Excellent video. You earned my sub!

Love it !!!!! Great job BIG DOG!!!!!!!
This is becoming rather addictive especially with voltshot and arc 3.0 builds. Can't put it down!
It is a blast to use!

This is true it’s a great perk one of the better damage perks for sure.
@@AceInTheSpade plus it plays into its origin trait as well, giving swashbuckler that extra little bonus incentive

yeah Spade is right try using a different perk combo might help those 2 perks kind of contradict eachother tbh.
Keep in mind that moving target grants a passive +10 aim assist only when ads, if you hip fire you won't get the +10 aim assist
Yep for sure.
Loving the videos. Im goin with Demo and Voltshot

@@AceInTheSpade ok thanks for the info :-).
Question I can craft this and I was thinking:Arrowhead brake. Flared Magwell And Voltshot with a Handeling MW.
Could this work?
That’s a solid roll for sure. I’d go for it!
@@AceInTheSpade and then in my 3rd row I was thinking Rapid hit (My idea is that I hit 3 adds reload apply Jolt to the boss and continue to damage it)
@@Sandercool99 rapid hit is always great on a scout.

Forth Times probably works better w explosive rounds since it helps putting more damage on champions
Yeah that’s a good combination as well.
Wish I could get red boxes for this weapon… I only get the smg n shotgun
I feel ya
You gotta run GMs, they drop on each completion.
what is that shader tho....

Dude what shader was that? It’s amazing!

dont completely agree with the choices, BUT, subbed and alerts on bc of how well this video was done! cheers

my god roll is explosive/shoot to loot for picking up bonus heavy in gms and staggering minor enemies
That’s a great roll! 👍
Nice vid, thx
I love this gun
Same. 😎
Range is also tied to Aim Assist so I wouldn't say it's useless.
Fair enough maybe I exaggerated a bit but with 73 AA I don’t really think it needs much more, especially in PVE.
Rapid hit = x8.
Land 8 = +2.
+10?
A-for effort. 😄🥃🏴
Gotta be honest don’t have a clue what your trying to say lol. Rapid Hit only goes up to x5.
