A B C D
In A B C only true false they will ask
D they will give you situations and you have to explain them
A B C questions are based on customers service, malta tourism products , and basice english in hospitality

However, in the question Malta tourism section, they asked a lot of questions that are quite difficult to remember for a non-EU. That's why I want to revise the Maltese tourism product. It would be helpful if you know anyone who is doing phase 1 and has access to the course.
