The words to this song make me chuckle. Going to R&R clubs was something I did, but only in my youth. For good or for bad, my wife and I have moved on to other things. Still, every few years I might find myself back in that setting, and I'll still see that middle aged couple that is all revved up, dancing like they just met the week before. You know that they probably do this every weekend, and they've been doing it non-stop since 1971! It's an amazing thing to watch! Did the rest of us miss the boat?

I took piano lessons from Big Al's mama! Charlotte Anderson... sweetest, kindest, most humble also... and a great musician. All passed down to Al. I'm blessed to be a music teacher myself now. God bless Al and his mama!
