How do you guys get nice size bloodworms in Fresno? In Sac. The size of a mini crawlers is consider jumbo. Med is the size of red worms..

What is the purpose of hanging the hook with the sinker before casting it out? Just curious lol
It makes it easier for me to cast when I have a long leader. So it’s not snagging anything behind me when I cast but it’s actually supposed to help prevent your bait from ripping out when it hits the water.

Where to you park for this spot? Is there a mile marker or landmark? I usually fish under the bridge but haven’t been catching anything there anymore
There is a little parking lot along hwy 152 kind of near the Romero visitor center
How long is the hike ?
