Using my silver intuition, my guess is that there is no reason to fight drake or baron (enemies are alive and no map pressure), he has 1k gold, he could spend the money to get stat advantage and get back to lane/objectives pretty fast.
It's a shame with the insane setup naut provides he was just farming. I think if they drafted a high sustained damage jgl (zyra?kindred?) they could make plays top, but jarvan+Naut vs Ksante I don't ever see work out.
