When I was a kid and saw this on t.v my brother and I found it hysterical. A badly dubbed sweet voice coming out of this behemoth. Much to surprise it actually was him singing. Quite incredible. I noticed your version is actually a half step higher than in the movie too. Nice job. It sounds like an Irish lament.

This song makes me cry because it was sad when Erland Van Lidth who was in "Stir Crazy" sung this song passed away when he was 34 in 1987.
It was actually Dorian Holley who sang it. Erlind is clearly lip synching in the film
