I lived above a butcher shop years ago, and they didn't pay thier gas bill. Well, the gas company shut off the gas 3 days before Christmas to the WHOLE building. Mine was paid. After arguing with the gas company I figured they werent coming so I pulled my car up and blocked the view and broke off the lock and turned on my own gas. After 4 months they found out and sent the police. It ended up that I had to pay a $50 fine and I got to keep my gas on. Even after I turned it on, billing continued as normal and I paid my bill.
Honestly a house that small you do not need a 200amp panel.I am a Master Electrician especially if you have gas appliances. That house is very small we do load calculations to determine panel size but 100amp for house that size even if it was electric appliances would have been fine. With gas appliance you are probably only pulling 15amps on a leg.Do not let yourself get ripped off when we do Services it's the most money we make on a house.
True, it's not strictly necessary, but how much difference would you charge to do a 200 instead of a 100? I'm an electrical contractor and it's only about $300 difference for me. Heavier feed wires, $100 more for the 200 amp panel and an extra ground rod. The POCO is the same process. I have never had a client say "Lets save $300 on the job and only put in 100"
I got a tweaker stay in my house and he bypassed the electric shut off by putting jumper cables on one side and going over the electric panel cover back into the other side. now that my electricity is on legally it doesn't work and they want $3,400 to replace the panel.
Yet you are the genius who A) let a "tweaker" (as if they aren't an actual person and not some filthy creature) move into your home and B) let said tweaker mess with your electric system. I'm guessing he had your enthusiastic permission and now that you got caught, you want to cry about tweakers. Please
Sounds like someone’s a tweaker and just caught feelings lol. Dude gets mad, tries blaming homeowner for the havoc tweakers caused, and then kills his own comment by saying “I’m guessing” no shit you’re guessing, you have no clue what you’re even talking about. Stop tweaking and commenting it’s a bad look for you 😂😂
The only thing that could make Oklahoma beautiful would be, matches, gas and maybe some explosives so the entire thing is burned to the ground and the earth salted.
The smallest most inexpensive wire possible will work just fine. Just asking that questions tells me a house fire is in your future, I really hope you don’t have any kids
It might sound crazy but u just did my science project
you seem like the kind of landlord that raises the rent every year on the tenant.
He does
Inflation isn’t imaginary. Blame the dumb voters
You seem like the kind of tenant that doesn’t understand dollar devaluation.

Today's electrical companies use digital meters, they know now when a meter goes off line

I’m wondering if someone is stealing like electricity for me
What if it’s not your neighbors
Then what & how do they do that ? I’m having problems with mine . This is a huge can of worms .
