he is one of the only ones making things interesting in chases. cop-crim interactions are so fuckin boring at 4.0 it's a waste of time to watch cop chases or heists or anything.
I wish he told him the real reason he’s leaving. Nino needs to get clued in on the happenings of Viv and learn of her negatives instead of only knowing the positive things she shows him.
@@karduar being liked isnt the problem. Shes terrible at giving orders. Look what happened 2 days ago, she ordered cops to open fire on CG when they were pushing viv into a river. Honestly i think the PD need Den, bit of a hot take, don't get me wrong, when he does dumb shit, he deserves to be spoken to and chill out a bit, but at least the guy is awake 8 hours a day every day, and doesnt pussy out of shit. He deserves a bit of leeway imo.
Den is a great cop but people just don’t like him because he is very good at making content doing dumb shit and they hate it because they see being a cop as a real thing rather than a content job
The reports are just as important as any call because they could be the difference between someone going to jail for a couple of days or for a couple of years.
40:50 lol he asked for examples, den gave 1, then nino disqualified it by adding a new condition. den gave another example based on nino’s more specific reqs, then nino disqualified it again but with an even lazier reason.. Oh nino cant suspend his predisposed judgment on a person. Like croc n den, he’s listening only to rebut.. lol
I understand what he’s saying. This would be like an employment process organizations use when there is a need for a large amount of employees. As an example, there may be a 40 person hiring group and 20 may quit or be let go but now there’s 20 new officers. Then there’s separation of responsibilities to keep the hiring process flowing. Train them, move them along to the next handlers then the trainers start the next class. They can weed out people during the process, as needed. They could even meet & discuss progress amongst each other to determine if they need to let anyone go and even fill out evaluations & provide feedback. I have helped train large classes of new hires in the past. You would be so surprised how many ppl don’t do well in interviews or have no experience at all but end up doing extremely well at the job. Maybe less selective during the hiring process? It be amazing content honestly. Can u imagine what type of ppl u would see coming in there? 😂 I would watch that & I’m not usually a cop viewer.
I wish Nino attended the Police academy to see what a joke it was. Why in the world would the academy only be 2 days long? You cannot expect the recruits to learn what is needed in that short amount of time. Since their time is limited they seem to skip all of the legislation part and just do the field part. While doing the field part they throw these poor recruits to the wolves and put them in situations they cannot possibly handle. I do understand those situations are needed but they need to start at the bottom and work their way up to the extremely complex situations.
They're expecting them to pick it up during FTO, apparently. Which wouldn't be a problem if some of their FTOs actually knew the job themselves and bothered to wake up.
There are too few cops and the “leaders” solution is to get rid of good ones like Shiesty, who has experience and can drive. They’d prob want to fire Conan in the more serious shifts too, not understanding that they are streamers and not real cops. There is a balance between doing your job on server and setting up interesting rp that many can improve at doing.
I think you don’t listen lmao. He didn’t drill him on the application process. He was saying that is the part he believes is broken, and what would be the point of changing something that happens after the application process if the root of the problem remains the same. Simple comparison, if you have a machine that’s supposed to filter good fruit from bad fruit before they’re place on a conveyor belt to be packaged and shipped out, but the filtering isn’t working. Instead of separating good from the bad the machine is mixing all the fruits together and dropping them to be packaged still. What would the point be in making changes to the conveyor belt to hold more fruit if the machine thats dropping the fruit is never fixed?
No one should be fired unless they really really fuck up it’s a place to create content not a real job that’s the real issue here that’s what’s been forgotten and even if they fuck up tell them and help them not make that mistake again don’t just get them gone like they did croc sometimes I feel like some of people who rp in no pixel don’t actually know what rp is they take things so seriously

I don’t think any amount of listening would have made their plan better. Like yeah it would have shaved off some time, but it wouldn’t undo the head pops or staging in a railway tunnel. Destined to be a boondoggle. More people might have made it so the PD would have taken more Hydra down, but it wouldn’t fix everyone being stuck in a tunnel and Den NVLing to protect his Class 2.
It was more of Viv not listening when Den said they didn't have the numbers AND the fact Hydra knew the raid was coming. Waiting till Monday woulda helped to catch Hydra off guard. Give them more numbers. And gave them more time to plan and make sure everyone knew what was going on. But instead Viv decided to pretend like she didn't hear Den.
