Chop Masala Gravy= 100 gm
Tomato Gravy= 150 gm
Yellow Gravy= 100 gm
Deggi mirch powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/3 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1/3
Coriander Powder= 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves= 1/4 tsp
Butter= 1 tbsp
Desi Ghee= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves= 1 tsp
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste

Due to u r high flame..the pan coating has already left the world..better use thick pan ..

Thick pan is not used in hotels since the cooking is done fast and on high flames they take time to heat up hence thin thinner pans are preferred. And non stick coating doesn't matter there
