And by killing Sans, you automatically reach this level. Meaning that he gives way more exp than his brother. Reason - by killing Papyrus you level up once or twice (dont remember), but the requirement for this lvl up are not as high as for lvl 20

(I Think He Didnt Know About Debug Mode At Those Times)

As we know, undertale acts as a world of its own, in genocide we didn't kill every monster, could't go to all places in each route (like the very far forest that you can see on the bridge that leads to snowdin) and couldn't see the surface. While fighting with mettaton, ratings were above 1 hundred (I'll even say above 10k), though in genocide we killed like 110? Meaning that Alphys really did evacuate every monster that she could.

I just remembered. The animations don't actually cover how the last phase is suppose to go. It is Unofficially announced that the last phase was supposed to be Unpredictable Last Breath phase 4 and Hard Mode Disbelief Papyrus phase 5. Here, it is a weird phase 3 of last breath and a revised version of Disbelief phase 4. Truly, less chaotic. The thing I would have loved to have see if this was for it to be Last Breath in the Rain and not just normal last breath. That really would have been really interesting, cool, and (personally) better sounding.
sans might be fragile but he is very intelligent…on the other hand his brother papyrus is slower in terms of intelligence but he surely have good amount of stats together defeating the human is not so easy it’s hard to make them change to be a better person if papyrus is like sans personality I can tell that it would be hell
