      Yes. Indeed. When I see this video, seems like I could diagnose, when it's show time I have become dizzy because we don't have such immunohistochemistry fascities. 😞

    Interesting Caveat, Epithelioid Angiosarcoma (EAS), Carcinoma (Keratin positivity of both), Granuloma Annulare (GA) and even Rheumatoid Nodule (RN) can have a histological similitude (a low magnification). The idea that is gravest to miss is solvable with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of Endothelial Cells. Furthermore, SMARCB1 (INI1/hSNF5) loss, a tumor suppressor gene of sarcogenesis, and the marked pleomorphism and atypia with numerous mitotic figures in epithelioid angiosarcoma should render a sound Diagnosis and thereby Treatment. However, Sarcoma is sarcoma (sheer unforgiving Francoanaplasia). Both of these are just simply heinous....Viel Danke MD Gardner, Die Gesundheit sei mit uns. Prost!
