I am astounded every time I see these scenes, that hundreds of scooter accidents aren't happening every day in places like this. No traffic lights. And people just seem oblivious to riding safely. They just really zig and zag all over the place, and turn left or right through a busy intersection. Some even ride on the left side of the street. Honking a horn isn't much of a shield against a big hunk of moving metal slamming into you. The old PACMAN game seems sedate and simple to play compared to riding this traffic.
What kind of change. I was in Vietnam in 1996. Less motorbicycles and cars on the streets. Where are the millions of bicycles gone away. Its very different.
I have to ask after watching many of your videos -- Have you ever been hit by a bike/motorcycle/car? I know you were hit by a cart or two in Calcutta but they wasn't going very fast as it was in a very crowded street.
PLEASE! Use the sidewalks were available! As a visitor, I think most would do this. With this traffic, I know I would! Also, turn your camera a little to one side or the other, so we can see more of the shops. You need to look out for traffic, as a viewer of your work, I'm more interested in the local community. Thank you.
I once saw a firework factory explode I was 3 miles away it was like a huge bomb LUCKY it was a Sunday arvo only 1 person killed it was called Guys fireworks.around the late 1950 s
