I use ethernet. I followed your instructions up to there and then followed instructions by guesswork. It still won't scan to email and 1111 as administrator doesn't work. Can you help?
Hope you might can help me. I have a Work Centre 6515 and I'm getting error code 093-926. From what I'm told at some point an non-meter toner was added to the printer. We have a service contract with Xerox and now when we install the metered toner they sent it gives this error. The Xerox technicians cant seem to clear it. Do you know if resetting to factory defaults would fix this?
You should make sure you are using the metered toner, once correct call Xerox for a supplies plan activation code and re-enter it in the printer that should convert your machine back to metered.
mmh i wish i could remember, it wasa over a year ago, and i have just changes broadband provider and it does not allow me to change the network unless i put the admin user and pssword, which i could not remember at all! @@Techhowtotube
You can try these steps Daniel From the printer’s control panel, press Settings. Press Device. Press Maintenance. Press Out of Service Erase. Place a check mark on the Sanitize all information on nonvolatile memory option and press Okay. Place a check mark on the Start initial setup wizard and press Okay.

When touching Reset it says Unable to Continue, Try Again Later
Make sure no jobs waiting to be print in the print queue and also reboot

C315 steps are different, did you input an admin code during the initial setup?

Also the username should be (Admin) first letter uppercase. If you haven’t tired that you might want to try it before resetting your printer
