He easily get angry, so people have to talk with him carefully, because once his ego gets hurt, he will try his best to destroy your career. Some examples are Aishwarya, Vivek Oberoi, Arijit, Pulkit and some more. This is not happens with other senior actors like SRK, Aamir, Akshay or ajay. I never heared they ever tried to destroy someone's career. But Salman has that attitude that people have to careful while talk with SK.
