Awesome, guys! I’ve been hooked and I won’t stop listening. And for me, a blue-eyed listener, I am so appreciative to learn the origins of this hypnotic sound. More, more!
So happy to see San Antonio represented and recognized by the newest wave of soul musicians. Thee Sacred Souls are fantastic. Dimas III definitely one of my faves.
This is so amazing. Thank you TPR and @TheeSacredSouls for this. Just spent the weekend in Barrio Logan this weekend, went to @beatbox_records, which last time I was there picked up a @penrose mix tape LP, had coffee @porvidacafe, ate @crashcrashbuns (hella yumm).. Also was able to experience my first @cafemoto cold brew, damn! With all this said, I am proud to know this music vibe, the music of @TheeSacredSouls, and look for new ways of learning the history. So again, thank you Texas Public Radio for this.
Gives me tingles all over! Thank you for keeping this sound alive!
