BIGGEST SNOW TUBING PARK AND ICE HOTEL AT VALCARTIER | Phoebe Quebec Trip Day 4

Phoebe has fun playing snow tubing and visiting ice hotel. Valcartier Village in Quebec is a must for kids. The Winter Park is the biggest snow tubing park we had gone so far. It has 30 slides and the ice hotel is amazing.
