- 1 whole snoek.
- Salt and pepper.
- 80g butter.
- 2/3 chopped garlic cloves.
- 2 heaped tbsp apricot jam.
- 1-2 tbsp chutney.
- handful chopped fresh coriander.
If you're using your oven it'll take 20 minutes in 150°C heat. Open fire(braai stand) it'll take 20-30 minutes. Turn frequently.
