What a view and this home is evenly spaced out and what a great tour job you've given me I felt as though I was in this home
I currently live in Frisco, TX north of Dallas. Our current home is about 2.6m, and about 1500 sq Ft larger. I was getting excited to think we could possibly get something like this in Cali for cheaper with that view. Then we realized this video is 2 years old lol! This house is probably 3.5 million now if not more!

I almost bought a Home on Ocean way Laguna Beach Florida for $16,000,000 its beach Front and very private , But The Property TAX is a little over $177,000 a year thats a LOT . I live in The UK where i have just Sold my old house and for the same Value Home the House Tax is £6380 a year …. And my old house Had over 347 Acres and a separate Cottage… The finding out the $177,000 TAX is what stopped me from Buying … I now live in the Bahamas next to a Golf course , In a 11 Bed 3 story Private beach front and extra land next to me for $8.4 Million. And Property Tax is $35,000 a year …

This home is still not currently on the market, but a price for a brand new construction and no options is $2,020,000 million!
might be in the market for something like this in 3 years if all goes well here in ohio you damn near can get this for 500k even tho out there you guys use better materials fasure but one thing i love here that you guys dont do much there is basements i gotta have a finished basement

Just as a matter of interest, can anymore please tell me how much does the construction cost on its own on a property like this? Im asking because a house this size in Places like Hollywood hills would easily set you back at least 6 mill! So 2 mill sounds like a BAAARGAIN!
The $2,020,000 price includes an entire new construction of this home! But this does not include the added interior options or the backyard, that costs a lot extra! But yes, very well priced

I know it’s confusing sorry, but a brand new construction of this home with no options/furniture/backyard starts at $2M. The layout/construction of the home will be the same as this one in the video.
The fully upgraded model home (which is the home in the video) will be priced in the $4M range, but the company has not given an exact price yet so I cannot provide an exact number
I have been looking for this information and so glad to get the answer finally, wow, $2M in upgrade for the model home. I knew the price is too good to be true at 2m
