In some cases, Cameras and Video recorders are used to help with Schizophrenia. People will a photo or a video of something they see, and check the photo/recording to see if its real. Really interesting use of that in this game.
I do this regularly, i also will record my self talking or conversations. I have to make sure i can separate the real voices from the ones i hear in my head and to ensure im hearing the proper words being said and not my brains twisted rendition of what someone said.
I saw the demo for this but wow the full game really fleshes it out. Also yes you knew so many flags. That happens a lot, you hit a puzzle or segment that requires figuring it out. I am staring wondering what the fluff it could want, and you get it. Cool game and sad business his wife wasn't real. Well. Sort of sad, in that one of his delusions was he shot her. I've only ever heard of people believing someone real, and yet not known personally, is in love with them. Like a singer or actor. It's almost worse when they make up a person and backstory.

@The outer middle show If you realy like the idea of under ground homes carved out of rock, look up a town called "coober pedy"'. Its a whole town with 90% of the houses, pubs, shops underground build into the rock , they first did this in 1915 and because it was to hot to live above ground. It was an old mining town and alot of the old mines were reused as houses.
Its were they filmed Pitch Black, cooba pedy is used alot for sci-fi and space movie or tv series. Because it looks so alien its as if part of alien wols merged with earth.

Erotomanic - people who delusionally believe someone is in love with them that isn't. Like when someone who thinks a celebrity (who doesn't even know them) is in love with them and is sending them 'signs' through gestures or hand movements in interviews, etc to show them they are in love. The dude in the game imagined his entire wife and her death. Dude was just really alone in his own head the entire time.
I found a new glitch in the forest ps which allows you to climb to height limit, you do this glitch by placing a platform then a wooden wall and the edge so it’s tilting off a little bit the place a climbing rope in the wall then find the input to climb it and you can climb it to space
