Have had this popping/ snapping since a thin young child through adulthood-no issues. Was a 10k runner 40s- 60s.
Baker cyst improperly retreated in old age, 2/3 thyroid removal. Subsequent weight gain and left knee issues now painful. Pain disappears when I exercise recumbent bike and more exercise. Used some of your massage and other exercise videos thus less pain. 👍🏻. P.S. I have lower arches.🤷‍♂️🤷🏼‍♀️

My knees would pop every time I squatted down for as long as I could remember. It wouldn't cause pain, so I mostly just ignored it. Then I decided to do some exercising in college and when I did 15 body weight squats back to back, my knees popped every single time and I had to stop because it became painful. I looked up the problem and eventually found out it was because I was flat footed. By forcing myself to have an arch in my foot by engaging the muscles on the bottom of the foot that give that gap between the foot and the floor, I did my first squats without my knees popping, and no pain. If I'm lifting my knees, it's easy for them to pop because I'm not engaging the muscles to force good form, but whenever I squat I do make sure to do them properly.
So if your knees pop when you squat and you're flat footed, I'd look into that.

I know that, in the past you have dismissed this idea, but what fixed my "clicking knee(s)" were orthotics or foot appliances. When the feet are not in alignment (our foundation) then it affects everything else. I've always been in good shape and take a recreational dance class along with daily walking. I've had orthotics created by both a podiatrist as well as a physical therapist. They do take a bit of time to get use to the feeling; I've changed shoe size and shape to accommodate them. Being more "in alignment" has also helped keep my low back and hips in alignment and minimized pain. I use to play basketball in high school and my knees would become painful and sometimes swell up a bit. I wish someone would have told me about orthotics rather than just putting ice on the knee. I do respect the exercises you show (I've watched many episodes). Just exercise/stretching didn't calm the clicking. Orthotics, and wearing them faithfully!, did.

Food can influence your joints. Learn what not to eat. Take omega 3 regularly, AND eat Sockeye Salmon at least once a week. (Try: Broiling each side a min for small piece. Then, spread already mixed ground pecans, very little cracker crumbs, ground or shaved Parmesan, and melted butter together . Spread over skinless side.). Broil again topping side up not too close to heat until flaky. You can find foods to avoid (for me tomatoes) or use less of on TH-cam. Biggest thing to avoid daily is sugar or a lot of carbs.Keep these minimal and you'll feel better. Make changes while you're young😉

Please do a video explaining what to do or not to do after fluoroquinolones antibiotics. Post taking them 2months later, my knees progressively crackle and pop more and more. After a leg workout with squats I crackle and sting so bad that I can barely walk and can barely stand for too long.
Should I rest and relax? Or should I keep doing these motion stretches and workouts to keep fluid in knee?

One knee has been clicking for years. Now the other one started to after hiking. But, they don’t hurt. Hamstrings are good. Should I start theses stretches?🤔

Cavitation does a lot of damage (etching) to propeller blades on boats. (But i wonder if some electrochemical activity is occurring there)
Has the gas bubble hypothesis been confirmed by fMRI?

So would these exercises help my patella track better? 🤔 Because I've just been wearing a brace but I'd prefer to be more proactive about this 😬

Every part of my body clicks from fingers to back to legs to neck back to EVERY joint... Without pain... Why so? Is it some deficiency?

I have a prepatellar bursitis before on my right knee, but now its healed already. I can walk normally without pain, I can run just like before. I am 65 years old but the problem is I always feel clicking on my right knee. My question is....can I apply those two exercise that you have shown in this video clip using resistance band?

My knees pop but I also have Osteoarthritis in both of my knees one is worse than the other and they pop and sometimes there's pain but not too bad. I fell off my bed back in 2019 and fractured my right knee and let me tell you it hurt like hell.
