Tango Caravans appeared on a current affair 24hrs ago, they collapsed and left many Aussie families out of pocket and average 70-80K. Ben I’m a die hard fan of latitude meridian 30. A Current Affair video is concerning. Latitude has a 4yr wait period and priced 400-500K. You guys are in my opinion THE VERY BEST! I have to ask you, how can Lattitude guarantee their future and secure buyer confidence with such a long wait time especially after Tango’s collapse?
@@homebuddha great question also appreciate your positive comments. Firstly the initial reservation deposit is very small so we aren’t relying on customer deposits to operate the business. Secondly we don’t firm up pricing that far out and potentially not be profitable when it comes time to build. Thirdly we aren’t a company focussed on growth which is generally what ruins these various companies that think they are going to be massive. Fourthly we own the building we are in. We also operate without loans and the company is wholly owned by my brother and myself. People obviously make all kinds of promises but sometimes it’s best to look at how a business is run to see how stable it is. Hope that helps? Ben.
