    Good evening Trev, we loved this one, some great footage as always, especially liked the Quay and the more rugged, wild sections. Interested to see the wooded area too. With you, not keen on the industrial, residential areas and sad about the holiday homes, mostly stood empty. Such a shame. Kat's aunt Judy, St.Michaels was her favourite place, what a cracking little monument and it has a twin fancy! Cracking stuff Trev, Ceri and Kat ☕🤗❤🐬🌊

      Cheers guys... yea its a shame, but all along the cornish coast this is happening at present, communities are standing empty for 3/4s of the year and is pushing the house prices out of reach of the locals. A real shame. We could do with 5 years of wet summers now so they all sell up again lol. Cheers for watching!

    Nice one Trev 👍🏼 Walking on sand/shingle defo exercises muscles we don’t use a lot in normal walking so no surprise it’s so tiring. I used to holiday in Falmouth as a kid. One night there was a drunken brawl outside my evil grandfather’s property. I will never forget finding 12 /6d on the street next morning. A very happy 5 year old was I. We used to bait crabs from the quayside. And I remember a rather creepy music machine thing used to operate there on a Sunday if I remember that right. Everything smelled of fish. Mixed memories. Love a bit of nostalgia so looking forward to when you get to Falmouth. If you’re going there. Lovely views from those cliffs ❤️

    Hi Trev, how have you been traveling to and from these SWC walks? Do you park at the start of your walk and get bus back or something?
    I’m keen to do some of the legs but just trying work out the logistics of it!

      Sometimes I get dropped at one 3nd and picked up at the other (my wife and kids will find something to do in the meantime) but this time I got the bus back to the car.

    Happy memories of family holidays Trev. Lots of really beautiful places down there. I'm not a communist by any stretch of the imagination 😁 but somebody really needs to do something about second homes behaviour. It is absolutely killing communities up and down the country. Sad. Enjoyed vid though, atb. 👍

    • @SummitOrNothing
      @SummitOrNothing  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea - its sad to see what is becoming of these small communities. The pandemic only seem to have accelerated the situation too. Just greed mainly!
