    How wonderful. I have pudendal neuralgia from damage caused by surgical mesh TOT. Partial mesh removal from major side effects. A huge mess and I know many with the same issues. Sharing!! Thanks again.

      Metal Filshie clips used in my tubal ligation migrated. One was on my rectum and it caused my pudendal nerve entrapment. The other went through small bowel. I’m a wreck.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for Getting rid of Neuropathy without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my BF after many years got astronomical results with it.

    I have endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and was recently diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia. I’ve been up and down for this year, after 5 years of remission, but today I hit a crippling flare. One where it was somewhat difficult to walk. But I applied cream, did my stretches and I was able to have more movement. It wasn’t where I wanted it, but I have to respect that it’s better than where it was. When she said nerves do heal, they just take time..that did give me hope. I have to accept that I have this condition and life is gonna look different for me..but I have tools now and this pelvic rehabilitation team and physical therapy. All hope is not lost even though it feels that way. Nerves are bitches but they do heal

      I’m still getting treated, but I’m having incremental improvement. A knowledgeable pain management doc can really help. I recent had an impar ganglion block and bilateral hypogastric block, and an injection into a knotted pelvic floor muscle, plus ketamine infusion therapy and pelvic floor Phys therapy. It’s taken a few procedures, but the nerves have started calming down.

I think this is what I'm suffering from so can't completely symphasise with your Wife's pain. could I please ask (without being too personal) what treatment did your wife undertake and did it improve her pain and symptoms. I'm desperate to find some relief to the pain I'm suffering and would really appreciate your views on how your wife is feeling now, is she pain free or has it reduced (I hope so)

    Is there anyone you can recommend in san diego area who specializes in PN or PNE? I've been suffering for 6 months from a horrible pap smear injury that injured my pudendal nerve. I've seen 2 physical therapists and 4 different doctors and the doctors don't seem to know much about it and they are either saying there are no imaging tests I can get done or they are honest and tell me they don't know what to order. They just keep referring me to different doctors. I'm on several meds for the pain, and it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm suffering a great deal, and any help you can provide would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    I highly recommend physical
    Therapy for pelvic pain. A place that does internail and external therapy. My urologist did a cyatoscopy and after that procedure I got the most painfiul spams n my pelvis. I wonder if my pudendal nerve got damage. Therapy is helping me with this issue, but I wish I never had that cystosocpy done since nothing was found in the bladder... my issue was only tight muscles in the pelvis,

    • @romyfleurs4990
      @romyfleurs4990 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@2b2unit Before the cystoscopy my symptoms were just bad cramps. I never had a UTI and after getting lots of test done the "last option" was the bladder for my doctor. So, I was referred to an Urologist. His first option was to do a cystoscopy. Wrong choice, since my bladder looked fine in the camera. The cystoscopy just caused me a second issue; painful bladder spasm that took me to E.R. I was referred to a PT after that, to help me ease the pain and it has really helped. The recovery has been slow, but it's working :-)

    I don’t see anything about healing sexual function though. All the videos are about pain management and nothing about living a normal sexual life as before. That feels hopeless to me. Sexual function is necessary to a normal life worth living especially in your 20s.
