If the intro to Stalker 2 doesn't go exactly like this, i'm not buying it.
This is how my first quest of anomaly went. Never played a stalker game before and it was the biggest wtf moment I've had in games.

Hey Pookie on the new update for the modpack can we get tasks mods like the questline to investigate a bunch of labs from the same guy who sends us to find Strelok and just more tasks in general? I think that's all your pack is missing is a little depth for things to do in the zone that isn't in vanilla anomaly, cheers!
You could add those, plenty on moddb. Also in the modpack there are 4 new questlines, artefact hunters, last dawn and operation monolith and also the duty expansion mod. So if you start as a loner, talk to that ecologist just walking back and forth in the rookie village

@@The_Longest_Handle_Of_All_Time no it isn't, for example when you enter the bar, you can see its super dark and the lighting is bugged out. It happened to me before and some other youtubers too. It's a bug. And not my display, I've watched this on phone and pc
Oh you meant that, it's the eye adaptation effect on the reshade. It could be easily fixed by increasing the brightness or disabling the effects on the reshade menu

I noticed in your videos that Clear weathers look nice and fine, but i am using your modpack, i actually used both the old pre-packed modpack and now your MO2 modpack and in both Clear weathers are absolutely blindingly bright, even without reshade. any idea whats going on?
It could be the r2_sun_lumscale, amb and hemi values need adjusting, also I have mine on 0.5 brightness 1 on gamma and 2 on contrast

@@GoysToRoom I followed the instructions he uploaded and it works (as far as it can with this engine). The only problems I've encountered so far are stutters every now and then and freezes sometimes. Not sure what is causing it, I will tweak A-Life settings to see if it will fix that. I have only followed Pookie's instructions on how to mod the game to be like his and the load order via Mod Organizer. As far as I can see, he does not have stutters, and runs smoothly on his end.
I have my game on an ssd. Also the a-life is probably the cause of it, so try to decrease the population in the mcm under zcp. Also try turning on v sync and limit it to 60 fps. That is if you're using the reshade, it has cinematic vfx installed already and it is known to cause stutters when you're facing a campfire

Hey, I've got one question about your recent modpack. Can you tell me how properly I can adjust lightning in the game? I've tried different things but someting always doesn't work and it looks pretty bad. What I mean is the situation when I look forward or upon the sky - game is very dark. Then when I try to look on the ground everything becomes bright. The same thing about indoors. From the far it looks dark but when I go inside everything becomes very bright. Can you tell me what are your current settings? Lumscales, brightness and so on?
How about sharing your PC specifications, life would be way much easier for whoever gonna answer your question, just saying...
@@OmegaLegion It's all about in-game settings and proper reshade setup I suppose, my PC specs doesn't matter at all. I just don't know how to set everything to look good like in the video because everything is just too bright or too dark when I try to make it work. I've tried with r2_gloss_factor and r2_sun_lumscale but still it doesn't look how it should be, that's why I'm asking the author of modpack.
For the up and down thing, it's just the brightness scale. For my lumscale would be 3.0 amb is at 0.5 hemi 1

Try to tap Home button and look for "EyeAdaptation" and disable it
That's should fix your problem of having to dark screen when facing sky or too bright when in a confined place
How do you manage bleeding, Pooksie? It's perhaps one of the most annoying things in Anomaly. Every single shot turns my screen red, even when I'm using an exo. ESPECIALLY when I'm using an exo.
Get bandages for one thing. For another try finding some artefacts that reduce bleeding. If you can make it to Jupiter you can try to get the heart of the oasis which is really good at stopping bleeding and also has health regen.
Bandages lots of it and when you're entering fire fights, just use those adrenaline shots or so even vinca helps for starters.
Thanks guys. Sometimes I'm not even sure what those rupture upgrades for armors are for when I keep bleeding anyway.
@@Ken-df8cp rupture protection protects against physical damage from mutants and bash attacks from other stalkers. Nothing to do with bleeding, everything makes you leak the funny tomato sauce.

Hey so I've use the expedition reshade but it doesnt work? I've extracted the files into the file location but it still doesnt do anything. I'm doing this on stalker call of pripyat does it work on this game or no?
No, It only works on stalker anomaly though

So just installed your modpack all the mods come unenabled and unorganized I install something like GAMMA or EFP there in categories and the only mods that are disabled in mo2 are ones that could crash the game and they come organized in proper order and the mods that could crash the game are under a category labeled as such so I don't have to figure out what order they should go in so it doesnt crashed enabled all the mods to be greeted with a instant crash it feels like Im modding the game myself and not using a modpack if you were to update this pack again Id just recommend fixing those two issues
You sure it's unorganized? It has a profile you need to use. And also the default profile is the same as the profile intended
@@The_Longest_Handle_Of_All_Time alright thank you using the profile fixed the priority listing still all mods come unenabled and they arn't under categories like "main mods" those are the only things id fix about it if your to update it again
You're welcome and about the labeling, it's quite known to everyone that whatever is at the top is the priority mods, so need to update that part, it just adds redundancy to it
