Long life ba Imam, but I have a question. I don't willing to say that Quran was established to destroy anyone in anyway. But when you are in outing of speech( wassi), you have one song you always sing sir, tabati ada meta fu awon ota ti won gbe ebo si orita meta....My question is: if we don't want to misquote this khotba, what category can we put the statement in that song?. Wa lahu alam.
@AhmedAdejoke this have nothing to do with being enemy or not. a speech is done to educate us, inform us and an act of remembrance. If I don't understand something, doesn't I have right to ask?
The Messenger of Allah S.A.W. Said. Be Three things and don't be Three things. 1. Be Knowledgeable 2. Always ask Questions 3. Always be in the midst of Pius scholars and don't be otherwise
Sir, I hold no ill feelings toward you; however, ProphetMuhammad(S.A.W) stated,“Speak the truth even if It is unpleasant. ”You denounce music and the individual decisions of others, but 95 percent of those attending your khutbah are fans of music. Even one of your favorites was moving to the Fuji tunes of Alhaji Rahmon Akanni, dancing and perspiring, tossing cash, yet you never criticized his behavior. In Islam, various scholars examine music, holding diverse view points; some are in agreement, while others are not. I acknowledge my mistake if you can provide the Quran verses that denounce music; I would appreciate it. The Quran serves as our guidebook. May Allah grant us acceptance for our prayers.
May Allah preserve you upon goodness yah Imam
