“With our new album, Shattering Reflection, and a full festival season, 2022 has been an amazing year for us. Later this month we'll tour throughout Europe so we thought it would be cool to make a recap music video with some of the highlights of last year. We mixed up some festival footage with the release party recordings for Shattering Reflection in Antwerp. Thanks to all who were there rocking out with us! Great memories that won’t be forgotten… We can't wait to see you all again in March and April. Check out our website for all the tour dates.”

Im italian and i love Evil Invaders so fckn much. They went last year in May in Milan when i didn't know them. Now with the new tour with Warbringer they won't come in my country so i probably go in Switzerland and finally my dream can be realized!

Now, I dont want to take anything away from Evil Invaders. Absolutely killer band, and I love this song so much, especially seeing their journey from the first song I heard from them, Fast Loud and Rude.
That said, the chorus from this song has the same vocal cadence as The Pride by five Finger Death Punch. And this isn't to say that they stole it or whatever (all invention is reinvention), it's just interesting to see similar ideas coming from very different places.
There's also something about that verse that sounds familiar...
I've thought of this song as an edgier 18 and Life or I Remember You by Skid Row, haven't heard the FFDP song (or have blocked it out of my memory) but I wouldn't be surprised if both acts were influenced by those songs, consciously or not, as they're both considered classics and are very catchy. I do love In Deepest Black as well, I think it's the best song on the new album!
Let's not forget the A Tout Le Monde style outro solo.
