Ek service provider 5% ki billing krta hai, Car purchase krta hai to input claim krta hai pr utilise nahi krta . Ab kya wo next year 12%ki billing choose krke us itc ka benefit le skta hai ?
Sir in my opinion RCM is one of the "fuddu" mechanism of GST since it has been implemented. Paying taxes and taking credits on the other hand is simply a bogus provision. What's your opinion in regard to this? Do reply some day.
