Thanks mate! Yeah, top water was definitely on! They must be feeding on prawns cause the splashie was killing it but any time I tried baitfish imitations I’d get absolutely nothing. Yeah that last fish made my day, nice specimen, pure muscle!💪🏼
100%, the long pause while repositioning the kayak was key I think. I just started to retrieve fast because the actual cast had been a very average one, not very close to the pontoon so I thought I’d be wasting my time retrieving out there…and since I was already running late I wanted to concentrate in the more likely areas…but you never know! This guy came all the way out maybe because of the long pause
Thanks Mark! Yup, can’t complain! Plus I just come back from a similar session in the same canals! They are on fire!! I’ll put up a post on my Facebook page later today 🙂
The size of thoes bream mate, far out. Hopefully you had no problem from the dock owners as well, would make a good day turn sour really quick. They're full of fight the red dogs from under thoes pontoons. That 47 was a tank mate great catch. All round great session mate, well done
Thanks mate, yeah great fun, the bream kept me entertained and the trevs bursting up was a cool thing to see. I had dozens of bream hits, almost every second pontoon haha but I didn’t edit them in as it’d be way too long video
Thanks mate! The common ones are floating too by for some reason (coincidence maybe?) I tend to find good action on those grey plastic ones (maybe they heat up more? Unsure). The baby jack came out of one and the 38cm jack too…
That third jack is a beautiful beast, a session to remember for sure! 🖤🧡💪💪💪
Thanks mate! Yeah, definitely a decent one that one! And as you know now, I just came back from a similar session 🤩
Great stuff bro, that last Jack wow what a donkey man top session most definitely 👍🏽
Thanks mate!! Yeah that last fish was a proper hey!!
Great session mate can’t beat top water hits💪🏼
Thanks mate!! 100% top water is the go!! Hence my channel’s name haha
So good mate! That 47cm one is a beauty well done! Looked like the perfect conditions for it. Nice work mate 👍🎣

16:10 it must have been looking at it and as soon as you retrieved it looks like a reel bair fleeing away

@Off_The_Top_Fishing sounds like I'm gunna have to force myself away from bass and ava crack
loved this one, maybe the floating pontoons are better because of more surface area on the water, more stuff growing on it?

Nice work Mate!!
