I did keto years ago! I have 29% clogged arteries’ I was eating eggs everyday for years! Loved pizza’ burger ! I actually gave them up to start eating when food! Plant based! I’m eating oatmeal with all fruit! Chia seeds’ flax! Walnuts! I’ve been ordering salads in restaurants ! I was still ordering chicken in my salad
When I went vegan I did this for 6 months straight! I took out all sugar that was a game changer. But three years in I've learned that if I need a "reset" I'll do this but not as long as I did before. New sub! 🙋🏾♀️

I’ve been dabbling with more into raw foods too. Was so much easier to do in the summer with so many fruit options especially. I did a full week about 95% raw-smoothies, salads, chia pudding. I’m big into the omega 3s like Dr. Brooke Goldner promotes in her hypernourishment smoothies. Here on TH-cam, Corinne Coleman has shared her high raw wieiads and how it helped her shrink her fibroids. And Blooming Raw has a some recipes you could check out too. I’ve been trying to make sure I get my money’s worth with my Nama J2 😂
It really does suck 😭 a lot of the big chain pizza places offer vegan cheese and meat substitutes in other countries except the US 🙄 where are you located?

That’s awesome!! It definitely is a good reset! Maybe one day I’ll try cutting out all sugar, that sounds harder to me than going vegan 😅😂

For the most part I want to say so! I’ve seen it at Whole Foods, wegmans, meijer and Publix if you’re familiar with any of these
