option 2: NI komplete collectors edition 900$ + Omnisphere 500$ + Arturia v collection 600$ = 2000$
if you are more into electronic music then nexus hands down
if you are into traditional music styles like rock & hiphop with a bit of bg scoring as well then go for option 2.
