⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 西芹蝦醬炒牛丸 材料: 急凍牛丸12粒 西芹半棵 薑一小舊 蝦膏一塊 辣椒仔一隻 處理: 1. 牛丸,清水解凍。 2. 西芹,刨去硬的根,切兩端,清水洗乾淨,切一塊塊。 3. 薑,去皮,切片。 4. 辣椒仔,切粒。 5. 牛丸已解凍,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內煲滾清水一升。 2. 加入油一湯匙。 3. 放西芹落鑊,再滾起就撈起它。 4. 放牛丸落鑊,灼2分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨。 5. 大火在鑊內燒熱油一茶匙。 6. 爆香薑片,轉最慢火,放蝦膏落鑊,加入清水50毫升,大火滾起,煮溶蝦膏。 7. 西芹及牛丸,放鑊內。 8. 轉慢火,加入調味料: a. 淡蠔油一茶匙 b. 生抽一茶匙 c. 糖一茶匙 轉大火,炒勻至收汁。 9. 加入辣椒粒,炒勻。 10. 加入油一茶匙,炒勻。 11. 灑上辣椒粒。 12. 完成,上碟,可享用。 Stir frying beef balls with celery in shrimp paste Ingredients: Frozen beef balls 12 Nos. Celery half No. Ginger (small) 1 No. Shrimp paste 1 pc Chili 1 No. Preparation: 1. The beef balls, defrost in tap water. 2. Celery, peel off the roots. Cut both ends. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces. 3. Ginger, get it peeled and sliced. 4. Chili, dice in cubes. 5. Beef balls have been defrosted, rinse with tap water. Drain. Steps: 1. Heat up 1L of water at high flame in wok. 2. Add in 1 tbsp of oil. 3. Put celery in the wok. Pick it up when boils up again. 4. Put beef balls in the wok, boil for 2 minutes. Rinse with tap water. 5. Heat up 1 tsp of oil at high flame in the wok. 6. Fry the ginger well. Turn to the lowest flame. Put the shrimp paste in the wok. Add in 50ml of water. Heat up at high flame to melt the paste. 7. Celery and beef balls, put in the wok. 8. Turn to low flame, add seasoning: a. Light oyster sauce 1 tsp b. Light soya sauce 1 tsp c. Sugar 1 tsp Turn to high flame, fry well until the sauce becomes thick. 9. Add in chili, fry well. 10. Add in 1 tsp of oil, fry well. 11. Put chili cubes on top. 12. Complete. Put on plate.
