Ingredients:
1 onion
vegetable oil.
1 carrot.
900 grams of minced meat.
2 eggs.
50 g breadcrumbs.

1/2 tsp paprika.
Mix well.
Add fried onions with carrots.
Sun dried tomatoes.
Chop some parsley.
Mix well.
Put 300 g of raw smoked bacon in a 25х12х7 cm dish.

Lubricate with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 45-50 minutes.
3 tbsp ketchup.
1 tbsp mustard.
1/2 tsp sugar.
Mix well.
Spread with prepared sauce.
Sprinkle with thyme.
A mix of peppers.
Bake an additional 15 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

1 kg of potatoes.
Fill with water.
2 tsp salt.
After boiling the water, boil the potatoes for 12-15 minutes.
50 ml vegetable oil.
40 grams of butter.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1/2 tsp paprika.
1/2 tsp adjika.
1/2 tsp salt.
Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Cut fresh spring onions.
Grate 100 g hard cheese.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Our delicious potatoes are ready.
