In this brief video, I will provide guidance on registering imports under Steel Import Monitoring System (SIMS) to import Iron & steel products in India.
What is Steel Import Monitoring System (SIMS)?
• SIMS is an online service provided by DGFT to register import of iron & steel items that appear in chapters 72, 73 and 86 of ITC (HS) code, 2017.
• Registration can be applied by visiting DGFT website
