On my Seabass fishing only good lures are up to max 10 cm and max weight of 12g. The best lure size of body of 7cm+ jig head of 5g. Sadly SG did not have any new plastic lure in that size. So I need to use again Black Minow :/
Bro, black minnow for the win, those lures are unbeatable, price is the only problem. No matter how hard other brands try to mimic black minnows , those will always catch the most fish
not only it looks great , but from all my lures used in 4 sesions at zander fishing in muddy lake/ river water , it is the only thing they hit . maybe it is the fact that i didnt worry about snags . great design. i am at the bggining of zander fishing .i think it is great for begginers to learn without getting frustrated. only tried the blue one .
aand i am not paid by them . i just wasted soo much money on lures and jig heads , and got no results , then tried this , no need to match jig lenght or weight , just use it and got results . if it were to go zander fishing with 2 lures, this would be one , and the other would be ratlin spoon weedless , won't say the brand , but would be enough for starters . Great job !
I love there is a 28g version, this will be a great alternative for the FBM when you need to nail a lure to the bottom from the boat for light inshore fishing etc..again they look class Henry. Can savage gear fix the weather too..?? :-)
Can I use these for summer piking, because I don’t want to use something with loads of hooks that could cause unnecessary stress for the fish as it’s the summer?
Henry, High to you, I am currently pulling my hair out, ( not that I have any these days) 😀 I seem to be searching in vain for these minow weedless ?? Seems that no matter who i try no-one seem to list them 🤔 ?? Are you able to help or advise me as to were I might buy some. Many thanks, Les.
@@Anonymous-ug1qs Thanks for that, funny thing is I have just received a savage gear lure from them, great service and very quick too. Will buy from them again without doubt. Thanks again Les.
My mate’s just outfished me using these when I was using the SG Sand Eel 5-2. Lesson learned and I’ve bought two.
The redesigned head looks great. I found that some of the weedless lures with pointed heads were very bad at getting wedged into rocks.

I use The Minnow Weedless from Savage Gear. 16 gram 10 cm.
I caught several Sea Bass from this lure here in The Netherlands.

Very impressive lure
everyone asking for a lighter version, im tellin you savage gear that 60mm version with a forward fixed jig eye for shallow retrieve looks a good idea

we will try to fix the weather, cause we need it too ;)
New to fishing so apologies for the stupid question. What weight of this lure should I use with the 2.5lb carp rod I use for sea fishing?
Any chance we get a lighter version?

use topwater lures if summer weed is a problem, but it's best to wait until autumn for pike health
