    You are a CRAZY man Chris!! Most of us "normal" men wouldn't take on such a mammoth scary task to swap out a dash that is perfectly fine, just for a two-tone color effect. But you make it looks so easy. I would have freaked out and broken half a dozen tabs in the first 15mins! Nice to see your "quality management kitty" checking out your work!!

    honestly, the black piano looks more elegant and much better in my opinion.. but also the carbon fiber is cool!

      I agree, in a C or E class the carbon would fit better, it just doesnt do it for the S class in my opinion but it still looks ok👍🏻

      Yeah it would make sense if it was a S500 or something to keep the piano black trim but its an AMG! It must have carbon fibre in my opinion, EVERYWHERE that makes sense to have it. The feeling is totally different as soon as you enter.

    Beautiful motor .. would of stuck with the black dash personally but that doesn’t mean the cream / carbon ls not nice !! Keep up the good work

    I so love watching this guy work on his S63.The fact that he has all the parts laying aroud like the steering wheel,door cards, and what not just waiting for him to put them on the car is amazing,cant wait to see what this car is gonna look like when you are done installing all the parts.Looking forward to next video,nice work man!👍

    Wow I love all the OEM+ mods, can’t wait for you convert the new display and maybe the active exhaust with the button ;) but just make your own aftermarket valves exhaust, earned a sub

      Plus I am really starting to miss the point of buying a new car . I mean if you have one after 2009. They have all the same extras and just come under a different shape . A brand new G class used to cost around 80 000 euro and now it's 200 000 😳 I mean WTF . What's really the difference? It has a touch screen dash ?

      Im way off that all black taste. I think this 2 tone is magicly good looking. Andalways thought as you can see in all my earlier vids.

      As commented so many times already here its not even close to be done. Not compatible at all. Working hard on a converter though but hopes are low.

    totally worth the upgrade imo. btw u once swapped a w209 speedometer into a w203.. do you remember if its plug and play? Or are modifications required?

      @@CKMCardesign okay thank you. It acutally is a 2009 CLC which is the the facelift version of the cl203 c class coupe which has the w203 interior :)

      And you think its just a switch and I would not do that if it was? Its close to impossible unless you change out almost ALL electronics and modules inc new comand to make it work at all.

    What are you doing with the old black trim pieces. Might want to purchase them for my car if you are getting rid of them. I would need the door pieces as well though.

      ALL parts is for sale and all eventually comes up on the website. And as soon as the new matching door panels are installed I have them all for sale. Total of 8 door pieces and 2 dash pieces.

    Excellent job! Really like your W166 Command conversion to the GLE screen , however I'm too scared to do it myself. Mine doesn't have the rear entertainment but it still looked as if it was too much of a hassle. I'm currently looking into buying a W221 S63 , how much of it do you think could be converted to a W222 (interior-wise). I love its' exterior , it's a timeless design yet the dash bugs me a bit and a W222 is way out of my budget.

      @@CKMCardesign I know what you mean but the biggest obstacle I see would be the ambient lighting since the w222's ambient lighting has preset colors while the facelift has the customizable selection of millions of colors and shades. But I think its possible

    That is very impressive, you make it look so simple and like you’ve done it 100 times before. Are you a auto technician? I can tell you if I attempted this, very likely to have extra parts left over after I put it together :)
    I need to replace the door handle lights on the right side of the car. I’m not sure if it requires taking off the door panels to get to them or not. I have subscribed to your channel as I hope to learn more about my S550.

    I have an '07 C216. I really hate the steering wheel. The S-class steering wheel looks like a good option.
