Very TRUE son,if not for meditation I would have gone into depression when my husband lost job and entire responsibility was on my shoulder.,and ,to make things worse we lost our little daughter Soumya ,I went through disasters but if not for Swami and yoga and meditation I would not have been alive .Even now no.less tension living in rented house after loosing even only house, I still hold on .May be that's why Swami told in dream to start utube channel and Swami named it Vibes of Sai .Just living and breathing because of Our Swami .

Jai Sairam. Thank you for making a video on meditation. I was not able to concentrate/ focus for even a few minutes, as lots of thoughts keep disturbing it. Now, with Swami's Grace n ways, I should be able to do it.
Thank you. Was trying to 'meditate' and do nama-smarana these past few weeks and realised my mind just would randomly jump from one topic to the other even as I did that, barely after a minute or so. I can take your video as a sign that Swami wanted to convey to me how to go about it, the right way.
