Great day of yard/garage sales John.😮 You really scored on the Compaq complete 🖥️ computer nos.🤯😳 The Lego table is pretty cool with all the Lego's that comes with it.🫠 Love all the finds. Take care.👍🔥❤️✊
Looks like Sharonville up Dimmick, I could be wrong but one of those houses looks like where I got a lounge chair a month ago. Love the videos buddy keep it up 👍
At 10:00 minutes. In the lego drawer is a dress with a shiny train/cape. That goes to a Frozen lego duplo Elsa figure. I’ve sold it for 10 dollars before. Thanks for the content.
You always get some great items to resell! Have you run out of space in your basement and garage yet? Time to sell that cincinnati reds collection!, lol! Thanks John!
Cool pickups John ! Free stuff ,if good, can not be beat. Love the vintage Compaq. I have a Radio Shack TRS80 in the box and a 300 baud modem to go with it. lol I need to get it out and sell it. Been in the closet for 35+ years now. Back in the day, it was great for dial up to the Bulletin Board Systems. (way before your time youngin..lol)
John, just a heads up those feeding tube pumps looks like they have a Rx only stamp on them. If that is the case you can't sell them on ebay. I got a listing pulled and a warning on my account within hours of accidentally listing a medical device that was Rx only.
That computer sure is a great find, the system itself is worth about 300 to 350 dollars. its a compact all in one system, the fact it has a AMD K6 500mhz cpu in it makes it more valiuable since those are pretty rare. It has a onboard AGP graphics card, so its possible it has no AGP slot wich would be good for people wanting to put something like a voodoo 3 or 4 card in it. If it does have a AGP slot it can even be worth around 400, but you would need to check on that. Also make sure it still works, its possible the electronics are dried out form sitting that long and use a variable transformer to slowly up the voltage to 110 voltage to wake up the capacitors. Again great find, i hope to find a brand new vintage pc one day but i take any nice vintage computer i can find.
Yeah, it's a dinosaur to be sure...I had a couple of AMD machines back in the mid/late '90s. And you're right. Check it first! Some of those cheap caps could be swollen simply from sitting in a hot attic...
@@krwd - No such thing as an "antique" computer. It's "vintage" to be sure and would probably be okay up to about XP, but good luck finding any hardware drivers..
@@Snarkapotamus Yes, totally agree, and not mention compaq is defunct acquistion of HP and HP is not know for keeping old legacy drivers around for 16 and 32bit,
John, would you ever buy sealed boxes of pampers at a garage sale? the first one made me think of this question. Im sure it was just a box but still. I know they are expensive. What is your take on buying that sort of stuff?
@wesleyjackson714 20 years is what I call vintage. There is no textbook industry definition. 20 years is about how long it takes before people become nostalgic about something and the value starts to go up.
Why are you so cheap? You probably rip off people with your prices. Youre not cheap when it comes to selling right. You're annoying with saying "Goodluck with your sale," just say thank you and leave it's annoying.
Every time I see that "Live Love Laugh" stuff, I think of that part in GTA when it said "Eat Sh*t Die" on his apartment wall lol...
Is Tennessee picker okay? I used to watch you and him all the time but I haven’t seen him post anything in a long time, hope Kevin is okay 🙏
I absolutely can't wait for your videos to come out man. Always make my day no matter what the content 🙏
I had almost that same computer set up back in the 90s same monitor, printer and the computer was close to those same specs.

For the desktop, contact youtuber LGR. That guy does vintage unboxings and may be interested considering all the stuff is sealed.
thats a great idea
But does he pay top dollar for it?

LOL! Yeah, these youngsters don't know how good they have it! Doubt many of them have ever heard of FidoNet or QWK mail packets...

I would look into the operating system. Windows 98 can be desirable to old computer gamers. Thanks for the video.
What do people do with their cords?
Great finds

Yeah I would definitely buy it
Why is there no sound?
Does your printer work? Yes but it doesn’t have a power cord - Classic!
i hope u were able to hit that sale that dustin went to! instantly thought of u lol
Baby gates are ”cool”. 😆
What happens to all those power cords?
I'm surprised anyone is buying CRT monitors these days when you can get flat screens that are inexpensive.
For vintage video gaming
Go check in on the prices of the prized units to double your surprise.
Those feeding tubes had Rx Only on them by the way. Don’t want ya getting in trouble!
Keep it for 10 years and it may be worth a lot

Do you guys still foster children?

The word vintage has been overly used the past couple of years. I don't think most people even know what it even means anymore.
Right, people are calling stuff from the 90s and early 2000s vintage lol. 50 years+ is vintage. Antique is 100+
20 years is vintage

the vintage computer is cool!! super cool that its sealed!
I think you should be able to get a premium for that DVD recorder as it has the original box and all.
John I’ve been searching for a tower and monitor like that to play my old games on with my kids! I hope they’ll go up on eBay soon! You da man!!!
Score on the Compaq and the Lego table!
Gotta be careful shipping the Compaq!
Those are some awesome finds.
