Thanks dude! Yea it's always really hard to go from a Patron cut to the YT version because I feel like EVERYTHING in the Patron cut is good, and I don't really wanna cut any of it... so it takes a whole lot of times through to really cut it down to size

We put up with the suck to get to the fun! It's like BKXC says, pain and pleasure. 4:57 - Yes, it is. I give thanks every time I ride on my local trails for the beautiful land we get to ride through. God has given us some amazing real estate. 5:21 - Rock garden! 5:37 - Looks like the scenery hit its mark. Way to scene, scenery! 10:22 - Okay, I was clinching my butt jut watching that. I can't say I'd be confident enough to ride that. The gimbal shake at the end of the run got me concerned you may have been crashing. 12:48 - I'm not sure what "Strava line" means. I'm familiar with the app (I use it), but I've never heard that term. Looks like you made some friends in Utah. I do love how open people are in this sport. We are so anxious to invite people into our rides. I did this same thing with a guy a Big O Tire just the other day. I found out he was in to biking and invited him on a group ride we do every night. Strava line is referring to a shortcut that someone has made that wasn't the original trail, just so they could shave a second or so and beat a strava time... kinda lame if you ask me. Do you have strava ride on this one? so you take shuttle to top and just ride down? I am about to go to Utah for weekend still undecided weather to climb up or take shuttle.
If you want to go the Utah high school mountain biking league has a race on Saturday that you could watch there will probably be a lot of people who like your videos it's at powder mountain
Shit like this makes me jealous! I basically ride my backyard which is the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in western PA. Then you watch riding in places like this with that kind of scenery and it makes me feel like I've never even been mountain biking before! Alex, if you could suggest one West coast riding destination, what would it be? My personal favorite riding is fast, flowy, singletrack (if that helps)
Alex I love your channel! I was also wondering do you even have to preload on some of these jumps or bunnyhop or does your speed simple send you into the air?
Thanks John! There is always at least some preload as I initiate the proper bunnyop technique, but when on big jumps with really good gradual lips, it's a lot slower and less pronounced
