Thank you, Dr. Ogunjobi. I personally learned a great deal.
When I compare your practical advice with my readings in one of my favorite books on education, "Principles and Practice of Education" by J. S. Farrant, which considers the African education system in perspective, I see you as a prophet to whom the Scripture of Educational Philosophy has been revealed.
May the Lord of this season and beyond be your strength in all your future endeavors.
I look forward to more sessions like this with you.

Class 4 was very interesting. I learnt so many things but what I noted and keyed in most are,
Use of Language and Diction. Where he recommended English - Language clinic for all participating schools.
Teaching Aids/ Instructional Materials: This can be in fabricated or improvised.
Class Management: This is the ability to remove/ minimize undue interference in the classroom. He gave five tools for class management which are: Competence, Discipline, Punishment, Re- enforcement and Motivation. Two questions were given under this.
Board Management: How you manage your board goes a long way to define you.
Students Participation: The use of SPT - (Students Participation Trigger) in getting the tired students to be active in class.
In conclusion teacher should not teach when learners are not ready.
Lastly good classes are *interactive* classes, good classes are *interesting* classes and good classes are *fun*. Sir, you are indeed a great and impactful teacher Thanks

    What Is monopoly and monopsony?
monopoly, a single seller controls or dominates the supply of goods and services. In a monopsony, a single buyer controls or dominates the demand for goods and services.
The main difference between punishment and discipline is that punishment is a consequence that is intended to be negative, while discipline is a consequence that is intended to be positive. Punishment is often seen as a “quick fix” solution to problem behavior, but it doesn't address the root cause of the issue.
Discipline exists to teach those who are willing to change and improve. Punishment is a consequence of willful disobedience.

The key difference between a monopoly and a monopsony lies in the roles of the buyer and seller in the market:
    Monopoly:
A monopoly occurs when there is only one seller or provider of a good or service in the market.
This single seller controls the entire supply and can influence the price and quantity of the product.
Example: A local utility company that is the only provider of electricity in a region.
    Monopsony:
A monopsony occurs when there is only one buyer in the market, and this buyer has significant control over the price and conditions of purchase.
This single buyer can influence the wages or prices paid to suppliers (or workers) because there are few or no alternative buyers.
Example: A large company that is the only employer in a small town, thereby controlling the wages and employment conditions.
    Summary:
A monopoly is when a single seller dominates the market.
A monopsony is when a single buyer dominates the market.

    Discipline:
Discipline refers to a system of training or practice designed to teach and encourage individuals to follow rules, develop self-control, and maintain acceptable behavior. It focuses on guidance, correction, and fostering positive habits for long-term personal or social benefit.
Punishment is a penalty or consequence imposed on an individual for breaking rules or engaging in unacceptable behavior. It is often used to deter undesirable actions, but it focuses more on retribution than guidance.

A monopsony is a market structure where there is only one buyer and many sellers of a particular good or service. In a monopsony, the single buyer has significant control over the price and terms of the purchase, because the sellers have few or no alternative buyers. This allows the buyer to influence wages, prices, and other conditions in their favor, often leading to lower costs for the buyer but potentially unfair or unfavorable terms for the sellers.

    A monopoly is a market structure where a single company or entity is the sole provider of a particular product or service, with no competition. In a monopoly, the company has significant control over the price, supply, and availability of the good or service because it is the only producer in the market.     My key Takeaways from this training ;
    1. Language and Diction:
The importance of teachers' language and diction cannot be overstated. Teachers' choice of words directly influences their students' communication skills and learning. Therefore, initiatives like the English Language Clinic for Educators should be encouraged to improve teachers' vocabulary and enhance teaching effectiveness.
    2. Visual Learning and Teaching Aids:
Research indicates that 67% of pupils are visual learners. This underscores the critical role of teaching materials in fostering understanding. However, some teachers still shy away from using these tools. Encouraging the consistent use of appropriate teaching aids can significantly improve learning outcomes.
