today i rode around the local streets just before sunset to show you some cool things about street riding in America VS street riding in australia! jack dauth the red paint is the fire lane which basically means if there's an emergency that's where emergency vehicles park cuz u can't park there or u will get a ticket or a fine

Not really surprised that the suburban spots are better over there. But, I'm keen to see another comparison when you ride in the city. I think it'll be alot more interesting, esp since there's alot of great inner city spots in Sydney.

we have the paint on our curbs because thats where fire trucks park when ever there is a fire.If you where paying attention around you there most likely was a fire hydrant. And if you patk in the fire lane the fire fighters can either tow your car or break your window if needed to put water hoes through.

Florida dosnt have one and I like to go to the suburban skatepark and the city skatepark and I tend to explore around the area for street spots but all I find are some huge curbs

the paint is for car tires so if they hit or run over them they wont pop, the paint is 100% acrylic or something like that meaning it is very smooth and perfect for grinding.

Hi Jack,
My cousin moved to Australia a couple of years ago. She went to school there, then, went to an Australian University, made a few friends while she lived there then married her best friend Mike O'Donnell. They used to live 20 minutes north of Sydney. I don't know directions in Australia l, I used to know where she lives when she attended school/college but I have lost all that info.
After graduating, I guess my cousin talked her husband out of living in Australia, so they moved to the US. They live in Colorado. He enjoys it. They have a huge farm, farm animals and plants.... reminds me of the movie: Man from Snowy River.
They have a beautiful daughter, now a fresh in college, she sounds just like an Australian! Beautiful voice.

He Jack, her parents in laws live in Melbourne-Victoria, Australia. I guess she attended school there then they went to a college in Sydney Australia. I don't know the name of the university.
I'm not familiar with Australia...
They travel back and forth so their daughter can visit with her grandma and grandpa.

These kinds of spots aren't ALL over America. In Florida for example unless your in like the really really downtown area like Orlando or Mt Dora nothing is waxed. And the sewer drains don't lift up like in California they're like the ones in Australia. Also the sidewalks aren't painted like they are in California they're just grey.
