Nobody uses "the trio" to forget about Avi or Kevin, everybody loves Avi and Kevin just as much as they love the trio! Avi and Kevin actually use "the trio" themselves so I don't think either of them are bothered when people use it.
And also, Avi doesn't like choreography that much anyways (trust he's talked about it many times in spreecasts lol) so I don't think he's bothered about less choreography for him to do.
