As the President cannot be arrested, and the ABC party lacks the necessary two-thirds majority to impeach the President, what will happen to the bill?

Refuse means sending it for reconsideration back to the sansad! But the parliament can still send back the bill to the president & then, the president would be bound to give assent to the bill! The bill is now a law! 🎉
In case of money bill, he can reject it, rather sending it back for reconsideration
