"invincible" and "the boys" restored my faith that it's still possible for comics adapted to film to not suck.
Adapted to series, not film. Series have the ability to actually develop characters to something resembling the source material. Movies on the other hand are much too short and too expensive to produce to give you the full breadth of the source.

Something to note about the time dilation:
Time passes more slowly for us, in our universe, which means it passes at our universe speed, for us, in theirs. This means that Omniman had to be there for -years- terrorizing their planet to grow that beard.

Time dilation is a very cool concept. Depending on where you are, the speed you’re going and the amount of gravity affecting you, changes how time works. Like if you travelled 5 light years away from Earth at 80% the speed of light, and then returned, 12.5 years would pass on Earth, but you would only experience 7.5 years. The faster you go the greater the difference is, I love this stuff.

@Irenereactioncorner the russian red rush was abraham in twd, the wonder woman ripoff was maggie, the green lady sasha, tyrese, Morgan and Aaron are also in the show. There are probably 1 or 2 more I'm not thinking of but I may have exaggerated by saying half the cast 😆 It's robert kirkmans show and we are still only done with season 2 so we are bound to see more of the actors make an appearance !
It's haven't watched this show since it came out so watching with you is a nice refresher lol

Unrelated to the episode a bit, but in my dvd store, i have a row of Allen and Alien action figures for display purposes (kinda my favourite from the show) 🤣 i forgot all about demon Sherlock ha yep, many superhero universes have these detective characters. Watchmen has Rorschach, Hellboy has Abe, list goes on really.
