Hunt Camp Recipes: Sage Grouse Tacos

We all love to take our dogs to the field for successful hunt. But what good is a hunt if you can't cook a delicious dinner from the birds you have harvested and share it with your hunting buddies?
We tried something a little different on the Alpha Dog Nutrition channel today and want to bring you our first ever hunt camp recipe - sage grouse tacos made at our stream side campsite in Wyoming.
Directions:
-Breast out your grouse (or whatever bird you have)
-Thoroughly grind meat (add pork/beef fat if desired)
-Saute onions and bell peppers in pan
-Brown your ground meat with onions and peppers
-Once meat is browned, add taco seasoning to taste and let simmer
-Mix shredded cheese into your meat and stir thoroughly until melted
-Gather guacamole, tomatoes, nacho cheese, and whatever taco fixins' you prefer!
-Enjoy your taco meat inside a tortilla or over chips and nachos!

I just tried this and it was amazing. My kids had to ask twice and then said no way it was sage grouse. Great job.
