Yet they can't even cook or knit. They have no practical skills themselves.

I married my mechanic. Free car repairs. He died last year, but he trained our sons to repair cars, so they help mom out.
I’m a proud Florida blue collar worker, outside in the weather, all types, and it’s rough. But the feeling of accomplishment and knowing most people can’t handle what I do feels good. The struggle keeps us fighting. Some days you think you’re gonna die, but I wouldn’t do any other kind of job. Much respect for fellow laborers, especially those who are in the heat.
BLUE COLLAR IS THE BACKBONE OF AMERICA !!! THESE GUYS RULE !!!!!GOD BLESS EVERY ONE OF THEM !!! 🙏♥️🇺🇸
My husband is a carpenter..and let me tell you..he can do everything-plumbing, electrical, tile, carpet, drywall, roofing, anything. He saved us 10k by installing our new furnace and I get to be a stay at home mom….he’s just incredible.
Seriously, I'm also a carpenter and women fail to take into account how useful it is to have someone that can literally build a house and maintain it.
Why would your furnace cost 10K just for labor? I had a two story house completely swapped from swamp cooler to central air and heating for 13k… that includes material/labor/AC unit/Heater/Blower etc as well as new air returns and ducts installed.
He might have saved you 2k for labor. But I’m not a blue collar man, I work in an office setting and make a good wage but do my own work at home as well…
Also, lastly and sadly…. Blue collar men have a higher percentage of being gambling addict or alcoholic/physically/mentally abusive than white collar.
My dad was blue collar and a very nice guy. His brother was blue collar and a very bad guy.
The color of the collar doesn’t make the man…
@TopODaMernin blue collar can live without white collar. White collar would starve, have no running water and freeze/overheat without the blue collar. Period. The nice cars white collar drives wouldn't have any roads to drive on, the buildings would fail (roofs, siding, decks, plumbing, foundations).
15 years as a medium/high voltage electrician baby!!! Ayyyyye!!! Let’s hear it for all the Blue collar families keeping America running! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My hubby was a tree trimmer for over 20 years. He moved up the ladder and is now a general foreman and runs 3 crews. When I was young, construction workers always turned me on. They worked so hard, and they were so big and strong!

It ain't always that sweet though. We are always away from home, never see our families, long hours every day and week. Our families are what drive us to keep it going. Thank you to those that are our backbone while we're the backbone of America. Without our families, most of us would be nothing.
Work in an engineering firm in the nice and cool office. First year I worked here they sat my ass out in the field to inspect the folks installing the water/sewer/gas lines and it was the best thing ever. Not only did I get a new appreciation for the guys doing that work on a daily basis, but I also got a good look at the work and how I can make stuff easier on them and the inspectors monitoring the jobs. Clear and concise instructions with ideas on whether something can be built as I've shown it or not.
I learned more in two weeks of welding class than I did in two years of college. My degree was not helping me get a higher paying position. My dad, a boomer, was so angry that an associates degree wasn’t a one way ticket to easy street. Everyone’s advice was “go get more college then”. I decided to put everything down, and start all over. I signed up for welding, which I tried for a bit in high school, little did I know that was the best decision of my life. Welding is so much fun, and it is a craft to be improved, regularly, it is an art form and there is passion in my life again. I feel secure, like everything is going to be alright and I can make a positive impact on the world instead of fighting with feminists over air conditioned desk jobs for just above minimum wage.
And you will never be without work because welders are always in demand

One of the biggest lies in society is that money will make you happy. Follow Christ through faith and you will find eternal happiness!!
I truly believe in what your saying, just lost my dad this past August last year and you know what, money is less important now for me, because life itself is more precious and important along with time we cant get back. With the time we spent with our loved ones. Chasing money is definitely going to improve your way of living, but to what cost? Manual labour destroys your body and health, sedentary jobs create stressors that may affect your household and family member. We all need to look inside ourselves to find peace and understanding on whats really important in life, more money does not improve you life if you always having to worry about it. For me 💵 = addiction.

That’s why it’s so important to grow the middle class by way of lower taxes, lower energy cost, and lower fuel costs. These hard working people deserve to keep more of the paycheck instead of funding a war we have nothing to do with.
During my ("University Academic") high school days, one teacher forecast that if we were willing to get our hands dirty, we'd always be able to have a job. I wore a necktie for about 12 of my early years in the work force, but the rest of my working years, and the ones I enjoyed more, involved dirty hands. The teacher was right.
I worked in machine shops for 10 years the got bored. So I jumped into insurance reconstruction repairing flood and burnt houses for 5 years. The contractor robbed me of 5k on a job. Started my own flooring business. Started my first job on 911, which really sucked. 3 years said nope to much tax crap for me. So I cut trees down for 3 years, man, that paid good. There were nights I maybe slept 2 or 3 hrs then right back to work.. why? Because I will NEVER EVER look my child in the the eyes and say daddy can't feed you baby... My family went through hard times but we made it but then to see videos of kids robbing stores, burning down buildings but get protected by their skin or their parents are rich and give them everything and spoil them way too much. Yeah.. I would rather be poor than to be rich and lost.
The greatest men I knew growing up did not have college educations. They were oil field rough necks, farmers, ranchers, welders. Diesel mechanics, truck drivers, masons, electricians and plumbers. I was wired to not be gifted in any of those areas. My dad tried to teach me but my eyesight was so bad due to no depth perception that it didn’t make sense. I was ok with that. My mind made sense of that deficit. I went to college and became a Physical Therapist. But I never thought I was better than anyone. Had a great career helping people. But I never forgot who the TRUE WISEMEN WERE.😊😊😊😊

I am currently trying to get my son to understand the importance of this type of work. My gpa was in the union, and my uncle could build a house from the ground up basically alone. I hope he sees it.
The blue collar working men are almost all way 🔥💪❤
Its actually true my husband is in construction and Im a stay at home mom. He works his ass off for ud
Blue collar wife here! My blue collar husband has and continues to provide a bountiful harvest day in and day out! He is my provider, my protector, my friend…I couldn’t ask for a more amazing human to be my partner in this journey. Nothing better than a hard working, fiercely loyal, ambitious, humble, masculine man with rough, calloused hands and a huge heart!
I keep telling young kids learn a trade, once you’ve got it, get better at it and no one can take it from you.
That’s awesome Benny make blue-collar workers great again..❤
I wouldn't trade my husband for the world. He's handy, he's handsome, and he loves his wife and kids. He works so hard and encourages me in my musical endeavors. ❤ Couldn't ask for more
I got to stay home with my 4 babies while my husband worked his ass off. I took care of him by keeping the house clean, doing laundry and making sure he had a hot dinner when he came home and a good lunch to take with him. Best 32 years of my life. RIP my husband.
🙏🙏🙏
Im so sorry to hear that about him 🥺🥺
That’s great. :)
Also, if you didn’t know, Jesus will fulfill you more than anything in this world, I speak from experience (from when i did Romans 10:9-13), he loves you and wants to be in a meaningful (not romantic) relationship with you. :)
“that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Romans 10:9-13 KJV
“and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
Mark 1:15 KJV
If you want proof that Jesus and the Bible are true look a documentary called “Ron Wyatt discoveries 2022” on TH-cam and a TH-cam channel called Expedition Bible. They both examine archeological sites and discoveries that prove the Bible, and even reference secular sources. (Just don’t convert to 7th day Adventism after watching the documentary) And lastly if you don’t know the gospel and want to be saved search up “abc’s of Salvation Teenmissions” on Google and it should be the first or second result. When you click on it read the whole thing, and do what it says and have faith in Jesus while you are doing it, do not doubt, and if it is hard for you to do what it says, ask Jesus to help you, have faith that he will, and *he will.*
God Bless :)
