I stopped using Royal Air Maroc for many years but since 2016 I’ve started to use them again after noticing a massive improvement. I regularly use the business class service from London - Casa - Oujda. My personal experience has always been quite a positive one - from the Salon VIP experience to the general service and food on-board. My only complaint is that the prices are way too high for short flights. It’s definitely not worth price. For me, business class is a necessity and not a luxury so I sort of have no choice but to pay the extortionate price particularly as no other airline will go to Oujda from London .
I had booked with RAM from Tanger to Brussels and honestly never again. It was my first time and they cancelled my flight a week before I was leaving. They than rescheduled me on a flight at 3AM Sunday whereas my initial flight was on 7.30AM Saturday which was more convienient to my work schedule on Monday. The rescheduled flight was with an airplane of Go2Sky and they were the rudest flight attendants I ever encountered. I was sleeping, by 4AM they woke my up by screaming 'CHICKEN OR FISH' when they were going around with food. I reached out to customer service - still no reply.
Yes go book with other airlines you wont get the same as RAM seriously if you book with other things besides ram's website and expedia your going to get the worst and why not let them starve you at least you got food unlike other airlines giving you pretzels while your starving for 4 hours
Chicken or Fish is a necessity they scream in the cabin so people don't starve unlike other airlines giving pretzels for a 4 hour flight scheduling issues are caused mostly by bad weather and other reasons there's always a reason why you have issues and you shouldn't expect a reply in under 1 hour there's many planes taking off and landing with RAM and customer service dealing with other things about the Flight attendants being rude if they were rude they would shake you and start cursing at you
And about Go2Sky it's an charter airline getting passengers from point A to Point B it may be operated by RAM but Royal air maroc does not own Go2sky it's an Slovakian charter airline
A very unsatisfactory C class cabin on the ATR. The forward location on a propeller aircraft must make it very noisy, the seats appear identical to Economy (perhaps greater legroom?) and the lack of a dedicated lavatory is not good. The total lack of any service, even a coffee or juice, is also a disgrace.
Thats not an economy seat this is basically a premium economy but better experience seriously all airlines do that you should be lucky you got business class seats and not literal economy seats
Actually....some of the newest fleets around. Just unfortunately bad management. ..moroccans generally are bad at continuous dedicated management....they start ok, but always go downhill, in any sector. Hotels, airlines, malls, trains, construction..etc

It's again a domestic 1-2 hour flight do you expect an IFE i went on Lufthansa for a 3 hour and a half flight and i got nothing what so ever RAM gives you an app called Sky ram allowing you to watch movies on your phone
Poor customer service. Mean air crew members. They always got that attitude of “Get the fuck on/off the plane”.. I don’t recommend flying with this airline... I flew with them multiple times, and Royal Air Maroc always broke my heart...
If they yell Chicken or fish that's not gonna break your heart but it's gonna feed you and they work all the time and have delays if you work for an airline you'd see why your welcome :)

This is an ATR-72 Not an 737-800 or 787 the most you'll receive is an actual 20 inch Legroom space on a 1 hour flight
