the value 2 @7:39 is for defining the length , in this case radius of the ellipse. so for 215mm length of brick, an ellipse of radius 107.5mm has to be done. Secondly, 1@9:15 is defining that less the distance between the curve and grid points, more the rotation shall be. Attach a panel to see the values. Thirdly 5@9:40 is just a multiplication for the angle in radians as the rotation angle is very small. Its just a factor to scale up the radian angle, u can increase it rotate the bricks more drastically.
