How do you know you take more than what you need ? I had two ceremonies first was very mellow only saw visuals and some not pleasant feeling but not extreme, took two shots second one next day I got one shot but they asked me if you want something more strong and I said yes. I experienced the death of ego and it’s so horrible feeling I was out of control supper aggressive and they had to tie me I am definitely changed like massive changes no over thinking and no anxiety, but I don’t know how to maintain that?
