Xavi is a bit underrated nowadays on social media atleast imo, he was the statistic motm in 2 euros finals, a wc final and a cl final while assisting in 2 cl finals, a wc semi and in 2 euros finals. Not forgetting performances like the 2-6 el clasico. Ballon dor top 3 3 times and top 5 5 times. He didnt even lack final third by looking at the assists. He completely dominated football from 08/12

Lahm has to be on the list. He made his name in the 2004 EUROs. And then went on to make five consecutive team of the tournaments in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014.

I think the whole Xavi & Kroos not getting as much respect as Iniesta & Modric due to a lack of key moments is because they play deeper.
Deeper players obviously don’t score the goals as much, it is a consequence of not playing further forwards

Slightly surprised David Villa wasn't at least an honorable mention/on the fringes. Top scorer at Euro 2008 and at the 2010 World Cup, also Spain's all-time leading goalscorer.
I know there are multiple members of that Spain team who deserve to be ahead of him, but I was expecting at least 1 or 2 9/10th place votes.

@@wissemazzouzi5620I'm not sure I'd go that far, I think Zidane, Iniesta, Xavi, Mbappe, Griezmann, Klose and Pirlo all have a more impressive international career than he does (also arguably Modric and Bale when you take into account the context of their achievements).
However, he definitely deserves his flowers for being an important part of that Spain team even amongst many all-time greats, so to not even see a single vote is a surprise to me.

Kroos is without a doubt a top 10 player lol, he's been consistently 8/10 or better in every international tourney bar Euro 2020.
